3.1 Copyright on the Images (Italian Law 633/1941)

All content on this website, including photographs, images, texts, logos, graphic elements and layout, is the exclusive property of Davide Polese and is protected by Italian and international copyright law (Law of 22 April 1941 no. 633 and subsequent amendments).

The following are strictly prohibited:

The reproduction, publication, copying, downloading, modification or distribution of any image or content without the author's prior written authorisation.
The use of the images for commercial or advertising purposes, or for training Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems.

3.2 Notes on the Publication of the Portfolio Images

All photographs published in the Portfolio section of the site depicting natural persons were taken in the course of the Controller's professional activity and are displayed on the basis of an express release/authorisation (Model Release) granted by the subjects portrayed or by their legal guardians (art. 96 of Law 633/1941).

The subjects portrayed may at any time exercise the right to request the removal of their images by sending a request to: davide.polese02@gmail.com.
