Through this website the following personal data are collected and processed:
- Data provided voluntarily by the user: first name, last name, email address, phone number and any other information entered in the contact forms or sent by email.
- Browsing data: IP addresses, request times, browser and operating system parameters collected automatically by the IT systems.
1.3 Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to requests for information or quotes: the legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Performance of photographic service contracts: the legal basis is the fulfilment of contractual and tax obligations (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).
- Sending newsletters/promotions (if active): the legal basis is the user's prior, express and optional consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
1.4 Methods and Retention Periods
Processing is carried out with automated and manual tools. Data sent through the contact form will be kept for the time strictly necessary to handle the user's request (maximum 12 months), unless a contractual relationship is established, in which case accounting/tax data will be kept for 10 years as required by law.
1.5 Communication and Disclosure of Data
The data collected will never be sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. They may be shared with technical service providers (e.g. the site's hosting provider, email service providers) appointed as Data Processors.
